- God breathed the word

- Guided by the Holy Spirit
The writers of the Bible were all able to write because the Holy Spirit helped them. The Bible, in 2 Peter 1:20-21, says that none of its words come from the writer’s interpretation. But men led by the Holy Spirit spoke words from God. The Holy Spirit is like a gentle wind, pushing a boat. The wind is the Holy Spirit, while writers are the boat. This means the writers didn’t make up stories.
- God’s Words are True
God is perfect, and so everything, including is words are all true. Proverbs 30:5 in the Bible says God’s word can be trusted. People tell lies all the time, but God can’t lie. That is why every prophecy in the Bible came to pass. Just as God gave a prophecy in Micah 5:2, which came to pass in Matthew 2:1.
- God’s word lasts forever
The proof that God wrote the Bible is that its words and messages never grow old, unlike our other books. As we change classes in our schools, we also change our books. We don’t use the same textbook we use in KS1 in KS2. But we can use the Bible from Childhood till we grow old. Isaiah 40:8 says, “The grass dies, and the flowers fall. But the word of our God will live forever.” The Bible will never get old or disappear.
- Everything fits together
